Job Purpose
As an Online fulfilment associate you will be responsible for fulfilling all our e-com orders for the Annoushka website and our concession partners, and for fulfilling PR send outs and Photo Shoots through issuing and receiving stock .
Key Result Areas
- Processing orders (within our promised Next Day Delivery guarantee) in a timely manner, maintaining our first class customer service at all times.
- Accuracy and high attention to detail. Stock accuracy is a key component for order fulfilment, stock management and customer service, all of your work will be focused around this requirement.
You role will have two main elements:
- E-Com Web Orders
- Accurately and promptly pack and despatch customer web and store orders on a daily basis meeting SLA provided, ensuring that quality and packaging standards are always maintained.
- Receive and process returns promptly, quality checking product for damage and processing accordingly.
- Support the Jewellery Concierge in delivering first class customer service through the handling of customer service enquiries via phone, email, contact form, live chat etc.
- Press and Photo Stock Calls.
- Log, process and despatch PR send out requests, retrieving stock from stores under the direction of Merchandising.
- Receive back from photo shoots and press send outs, conducting a detailed quantity and QC check and returning to central stock so goods can be re-allocated.
- Ensure that press send outs are monitored to ensure that goods are returned to the agreed schedule.
Qualifications Knowledge and Experience:
- Education
- Jewellery knowledge would be an advantage
