The Opportunity

Annoushka is looking to recruit a passionate part-time Sales Consultant to lead the way in sales, developing client relationships, and provide outstanding customer service. The focus of this role is on sales.



What you will do

  • Provide excellent levels of customer care, surpassing expectations at every opportunity.
  • Lead in sales performance, exceeding sales and KPI targets, using EMBRACE to deliver the highest brand standards.
  • Educate clients on proper jewellery care, so the treasure can be enjoyed for generations to come.
  • Identify customer needs, pre-empting and answering all related queries.
  • Liaise with customers to keep them fully informed.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Investigate problems, develop and propose appropriate solutions
  • Provide feedback to the merchandising, design, and marketing teams.
  • Provide enhanced till accountability.
  • Follow Company procedures and processes to maintain security.
  • Adhere to the brand standards in relation to visual merchandising.
  • Encourage client loyalty through data capture and excellent service.
  • Act as keyholder.
  • Support the store’s Leadership team in the running and growth of the store.
  • Act as a sales coach, and a buddy to new starters.

The Opportunity

As the Annoushka Social Media Executive, you will drive and develop social media strategies across all global social media channels. As an expert in social media best practice, you will ensure the continual development of Annoushka in this space, evolving the way we connect with our customers and our community.
The Social Media Executive is a varied role supporting the brand in organic content delivery across social media platforms. The role is key to not only growing awareness of the brand but also sustaining conversation with our global audience. We’re looking for our next social media superstar, someone creative to support the creation of original content (video & imagery), scheduling across multiple social channels and monitoring performance. You will need to be aware of the commercial objectives of the business as you will play a pivotal role in the wider brand marketing team. As a result, you will be able to make recommendations and create new engagement strategies that encompass the Annoushka brand and inspire potential customers.
Reporting into the Email Marketing & CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing and reporting on all organic social media channels globally across our rapidly growing portfolio.



What you will do

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Post across all channels as required.
  • Evaluate performance and provide actionable insights for content improvement.
  • Communicate the impact of social media on business objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to bring campaigns to life on different social platforms.
  • Assist in developing compelling stories for brand moments.
  • Create quality content and write engaging captions.
  • Work closely with the Content team to develop stories for key brand moments and brief Art Direction and Shoot teams to bring them to life.
  • Carry out competitor research providing industry knowledge, identifying opportunities to develop channels.
  • Monitor comments, likes and messages on allocated social media accounts; reply to queries promptly and politely or pass them onto relevant team members to handle.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proficient in Google Analytics and social media analytics tools, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Interest in creating content and assets to use across our social media channels.
  • Background within fashion and/or the luxury industry, possessing a solid understanding of industry trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Self-starter who can proactively identify opportunities and set their own agenda, demonstrating initiative and drive.
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of analysing strategies and determining actionable steps for implementation.
