- Fine jewellery is a restricted commodity when importing to France, Portugal and Spain from the UK. You will require a third-party Broker to clear your parcel. Annoushka cannot be held responsible for clearing parcels on your behalf.
- We recommend that you contact the local customs import teams who will be able to support in advising approved Broker services in instances where the courier cannot manage the clearance for you.

- Try products in the comfort of your own home with the assistance of a Harper Style Concierge – only keep what you would like to purchase
- Leave Returns to the Harper team – Your Style Concierge will take payment for what you keep and return the rest to the Annoushka store
