What are the last order dates for Christmas?
For the UK, please order by 2:30pm on 22 December for DHL Next Day, or by 2:30pm on 23 December for our Same Day delivery service (Greater London only). For all international orders we advise ordering by 2:30pm UK time on 18 December. Please note that these are guidelines only. We recommend ordering as early as possible to account for any unforeseen delays with carriers or customs. Personalised and made-to-order pieces have earlier dates, shown on each product page.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we can deliver same day across Greater London for £25. Order by 2:30pm on 23 December and your gift arrives the same day, fully insured. Subject to stock availability. Does not apply to pre-order items.
Can you gift wrap and add a handwritten note?
Yes, and both are complimentary on every order. Add your message at checkout and we will write it by hand.
What if it isn't quite right?
You can return it free until 15 January 2027. Personalised and engraved pieces are made for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged. To start a return, visit our returns information or speak to our Concierge team.
Is there still time for engraving or bespoke before Christmas?
It depends on the piece. Engraved and bespoke pieces are made to order, so each has its own last order date, shown on the product page. For The Ultimate Gift, our bespoke charm service, you'll receive a special presentation box with our usual delivery times. Once you begin working with the bespoke team, a charm can take 10-12 weeks upon confirmation of the design. If you are close to a deadline, our Concierge team can tell you what is possible.
Can I see pieces in person?
Yes. Visit us in London or Leeds, or book an appointment with a gifting specialist. If you can’t get to us, our Concierge team can talk you through pieces by phone or video.
