At this time, we do not offer financing or instalment plans. We understand the importance of flexible payment options and are continually exploring new ways to better serve our clients. If you've made a mistake and need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process and dispatch orders quickly, so it may not always be possible to stop your order before it ships. In such cases, you can follow our instructions for returning an item.
Exchanges are handled similarly. If you need your exchange to be processed quickly, we recommend requesting a refund by following our return instructions and placing a new order for the desired item. While this will result in two separate transactions on your credit card, it is the fastest way to receive the product you want.
Yes, all of our orders come beautifully gift-wrapped at no extra charge. Additionally, you have the option to include a personalized message with your gift. Order by 3 PM Monday to Thursday for complimentary next-day delivery with DHL EXPRESS.
Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.
London Same Day Delivery
Order by 2:00 PM Monday to Friday for same-day delivery within the London M25 area. This service is available for a fee of £25.
Click & Collect
Order before 3 PM Monday to Thursday for next-day collection. Simply select ‘Collect in store’ at checkout to pick up your parcel from one of our two boutiques.
Rest of the World - DHL EXPRESS
Order by 3 PM Monday to Thursday for complimentary 48-hour delivery with DHL EXPRESS.
Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Shipping to France, Portugal, or Spain Please note that fine jewellery is a restricted commodity when importing to France, Portugal, and Spain from the UK. A third-party broker will be required to clear your parcel. Annoushka cannot facilitate customs clearance on your behalf. Yes, all of our parcels are pre-insured for your peace of mind. In the unlikely event that a package is lost in transit, we will work closely with DHL to complete their investigation. This process typically takes about two weeks. Each case will be handled individually, and we will keep you informed every step of the way to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
For your convenience, all duties and taxes are included in the price you see online for most regions. However, for orders shipped to the Rest of the World countries, duties and taxes are not included and may be charged separately by your local customs authority.
While we strive to ensure a smooth shipping process, there are rare instances where items may be held up at customs. Should this occur, we will work diligently with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout the process.

You can track your order here. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to one hour for your order status to update after it has been placed.
Returns and Exchanges
We are pleased to offer an extended returns policy this season. All orders placed from November 5th onward will be eligible for free returns until January 8th, 2025. To qualify, items must be returned in unworn and pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that bespoke, special orders, and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, international returns require 28 days to reach us. Ensure that your items meet these criteria to process your return or exchange smoothly.
To initiate a return or exchange, please CLICK HERE to start the process. You will need your order number and email address to proceed. Simply select “Start Returns/Exchange” and follow the instructions on the ReBound portal to complete your request.
Bespoke, pre-order (special orders), and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Once we receive your return at our head office, we will process it as promptly as possible. Typically, refunds are reflected in your account within 7-10 working days. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Store Properly: Store your jewellery in a clean, dry place. Use a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches and tangling. For pieces with gemstones, consider individual pouches or compartments.
Remove Before Activities: Take off your jewellery before engaging in activities that could cause damage, such as exercising, swimming, or doing household chores.
