The Opportunity

Annoushka is looking to recruit a passionate Sales Consultant to lead the way in sales, developing client relationships, and provide outstanding customer service. The focus of this role is on sales.


What You Will Do

• Provide excellent levels of customer care, surpassing expectations at every opportunity.

• Lead in sales performance, exceeding sales and KPI targets, using EMBRACE to deliver the highest brand standards.

• Educate clients on proper jewellery care, so the treasure can be enjoyed for generations to come.

• Identify customer needs, pre-empting and answering all related queries.

• Liaise with customers to keep them fully informed.

• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.

• Investigate problems, develop and propose appropriate solutions.

• Provide feedback to the merchandising, design, and marketing teams.

• Provide enhanced till accountability.

• Follow Company procedures and processes to maintain security.

• Adhere to the brand standards in relation to visual merchandising.

• Encourage client loyalty through data capture and excellent service.

• Act as keyholder.

• Support the store’s Leadership team in the running and growth of the store.

• Act as a sales coach, and a buddy to new starters.

Position - Content Creator and Social Media Executive (Full-Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, dynamic & energetic Content Creator and Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across our social media channels, ensuring that our brand message is consistently conveyed. You will play a crucial role in coordinating product launches, writing compelling copy, scheduling posts, and analysing the performance of our social media initiatives.


What you will do:


Content Creation

• Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

• Create and develop high quality content, helping to communicate compelling stories for key brand moments. This involves shooting the jewellery, brand and client events, as well as BTS content at shoots.

• Collaborate with the design and photography teams to produce imagery and videos that align with our brand aesthetics.

• Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into content strategies.


Content Scheduling

• Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure a consistent posting calendar.

• Monitor social media timelines and ensure timely posting of content.


Product Co-ordination

• Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to coordinate the launch of new products on social media.

• Ensure all product-related content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.


Copywriting

•Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, advertisements, and promotions.

• Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions that drive engagement and conversions.


Reporting and Analysis

• Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future content and strategies.

• Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep our social media presence competitive and innovative.


Qualifications & Skills

• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Preferably previous experience within the luxury sector.

• A Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content and successful social media campaigns.

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
