Position - Social Media and Digital Content Creator

Job Description –

Be the driving force behind our Social Media presence.

The main purpose of the position is to create outstanding digital first, on brand, content that grows and engages our audience(s) across our global social media channels.

You will be required to define and develop the content strategies required to drive growth, engagement and build brand reputation.

As an expert in social media , you will ensure the continual development of Annoushka in this space, evolving the way we connect with our customers and our community. You will report into the Digital Marketing Manager, but will work closely with the founder herself, on a regular basis.

We are looking for someone deeply immersed in social, driven by a passion for crafting outstanding content. You should be a whizz with a camera, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to craft copy. Obsessive about driving results, you will combine creativity with analytical prowess, leveraging data to inform strategies that elevate the Annoushka brand and captivate our growing audience.


What you will do:

• Craft, develop and execute an innovative social media strategy across our various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube). Aligning with the brand’s goals, vision, and identity with the audience engagement and growth as lead objectives.

• Create and develop high quality content, helping to communicate compelling stories for key brand moments. This involves shooting the jewellery, brand and client events, as well as BTS content at shoots.

• Write engaging copy and captions suitable for the channel’s audience, adapting the brand’s TOV for the relevant platforms.

• Communicate the impact of social media on business objectives and provide actionable insights for content improvement.

• Post across all channels as required.

• Carry out competitor research providing industry knowledge, identifying opportunities to develop channels.


Qualifications & Skills

• Competent in Google Analytics and social media analytics tools, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

• Expert in creating visual content assets (both imagery and video) to use across our social media channels.

• An exceptional eye for detail and understanding of the complexities of shooting fine jewellery.

• Experience managing projects involving photography, videography, and graphic design.

• Proven experience as Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably working with a jewellery brand or within luxury fashion, possessing a solid understanding of industry trends and consumer behaviour.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, apparent in work samples.

• Experience developing social strategy from the ground up.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly derive insights from data and make creative recommendations accordingly.
