1. BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
WHERE AND WHEN IS THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Try Before You Buy is available to all postcodes within Greater London (all 32 boroughs).

You can select a one-hour window from 9am to 8pm on weekdays or 10am to 6pm on weekends.

For a weekend appointment, please book by 3pm on Wednesday for the following weekend.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT TIME?

HOW MUCH DOES THE SERVICE COST?
The service is complimentary for all Annoushka customers.


HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I TRY?
There’s no limit to the number of pieces you can request to try (as if you were trying on in-store). And if you’re not sure about colourways, materials, stones or size and fit, we recommend ordering extra options to find what works best for you.


HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Once you’ve added the pieces you want to your bag, select ‘Try Before You Buy with Harper’ and enter your postcode. You can then choose a day and time for your 40 minute appointment.

We don’t take payment when you book your appointment. All you then need to do is enter your delivery address and contact details, and select confirm to place your order. Then we’ll send you an SMS to confirm the date and time of your booking.


CAN I ADD EXTRA ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
If you decide you want to try more items simply reach out to Harper customer service via email or telephone and the team will be happy to help.

WHEN DO I PAY?
At the end of your 40 minute appointment, we’ll take payment for the items you choose to keep via mobile card reader and we’ll take away any unsuitable pieces with us - leaving you with no returns to arrange.
2. YOUR APPOINTMENT
WHO DELIVERS MY PIECES?
One of the Harper Style Concierge team will arrive within your selected hour slot, bringing the pieces you’ve chosen to try at your appointment.

HOW LONG CAN I SPEND TRYING MY ITEMS?
You have up to 40 minutes to try the pieces you requested, and pay your Style Concierge for those you keep.

HOW CAN THE STYLE CONCIERGE HELP ME?
All of the Style Concierge team are trained by Annoushka and are available to offer expert advice as you try if you’d like it. From a simple and unbiased second opinion, to sizing advice or styling recommendations, your Style Concierge is available to offer as much help as you’d like.

You can choose to try the items at home unassisted - or enjoy our full-service in-home appointment.

With a full-service in-home appointment, our Style Concierge will unpack and set up your items ready for you to try; offer suggestions for styling and outfit pairing, if you’d like it; as well as pack up any unwanted pieces for return.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO KEEP ANY OF THE ITEMS?
Try Before You Buy is a service to help you to find pieces you love, and make it easy to return the pieces you don’t — saving you time and effort.

There are no hidden or additional charges, and there’s no obligation to buy the pieces you request. What’s more, your Style Concierge is available to help you find more suitable alternatives, and can arrange a follow up appointment if you’d like.

3. PAYMENT & RETURNS
HOW DO I PAY?
Your Style Concierge will confirm the total of the items you’re keeping, and take payment from you using a mobile card reader.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All major credit cards including American Express. Please note, we do not accept cash.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?
Any pieces that you don’t want will be packed up and taken back by your Style Concierge at the end of your appointment. No returns for you to think about, or refunds to chase.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE BOUGHT AFTER MY APPOINTMENT?
