Location: Chelsea London

Position Reports to: Head of Production.

Role Type: Office Based. Due to the nature of this position, the post holder will be required to work from the office.



Job Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to action the day-to-day stock requirements at our Studio in Chelsea, whilst providing outstanding service to other parts of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring stock records are accurate and up to date. You will manage the flow of stock to our stores and concessions, and process all internal and customer repairs.

Key Result Areas

Intake

  • Co-ordinate with the Assay office
  • Receive the stock into the stock room, booking the product into the system and running appropriate QC checks. You will raise any QC concerns with our Product Development team.

Allocation

  • To allocate, pick and deliver stock to the Companies Boutiques and Concessions in accordance with the agreed schedule and the levels set in the system subject to stock availability. Where stock is limited, you will decide on priorities based on the sales performance ensuring cohesiveness in display.

Repairs

  • Receive, assess, and process repairs to the appropriate workshop in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Track progress of the repairs keeping the sales teams informed of progress
  • Check the quality of the repair and re issue stock to the stores.

Transfers

  • Actively seek to re-balance stock across our stores and concessions as required.
  • Monitor transfer status

Reporting

  • Assist with Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report generation and distribution.


Qualifications Knowledge and Experience:


Education

Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Jewellery knowledge would be an advantage
