Adyen are our online payment gateway who perform our security checks and act as a processor on our behalf. The only information we provide them with is your name, address and order details to meet business and legal requirements.

Ometria act as our content relationship manager and email distributor acting on our behalf to send our emails and newsletters, as well as manage our customer data.   • Couriers and Delivery Providers
We have a number of couriers and delivery providers that act on our behalf delivering your order from our door to yours. These include; Prestige Cars and Couriers, DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail. The only information we provide them with is your name, phone number and delivery address, as well as the details surrounding your order.

Tryzens act as our system integrator assisting with website updates and integrations. Though they do not directly handle customer data, they do have visibility to the information surrounding your orders.

Hero act as our online personal shoppers whereby the system has access to your IP address, name should you wish to give this, telephone number or email.

NMPi run our Google shopping feed, display ads, paid social and PPC. To run and build campaigns, the data used is sourced from Google and Facebook data. In rare cases, we may share emails with them in order to run specific campaigns.

Rakuten are our affiliate network, though there is no email sharing between us and them, they can view sales that they have brought to the business, data of which is anonymised on their side.

How Long We Keep Your Data For
Annoushka Limited only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until
