The Opportunity

We are looking for a Ecommerce Coordinator who ideally has SFCC experience who will be responsible for maintaining the products on site, supporting the delivery of key sale KPIS across our 7 site realm.

You will be very organised and used to working at a fast pace. You will have lots of initiative and addicted to staying up to date on eCommerce trends across the luxury market. As a key member of the eCommerce team, you will responsible for timely product launches & supporting the evolution of our omni-channel brand. You will have experience in a similar E commerce role.



Key responsibilities:

Tasks within SFCC but not limited to:

  • Work with our SEO agency:
    • SEO copywriter for everything on site,from category banners, PLP edits to product descriptions
    • Maintaining site health by removing any discontinued designs and redirecting for SEO health alongside removing dead copy throughout our footer elements
    • Increase traffic to website through SEO and new keyword opportunities.
  • Assisting with reporting on weekly and monthly eCommerce trade performance
  • Solely manage creating products, bundles and sets from our CMS feed to online, ensuring imagery, rollover assets and locale product descriptions are updated within our 7-site realm
  • Reporting on onsite search and picking up on any trends- creating relevant hypernyms and synonyms to improve search and product visibility (per site), adding/ignoring any Einstein recommendations
  • Pushing on site trade by creating style edits and categories.
  • Merchandising product per category depending on bestsellers and brand guidelines.
  • Using GA and Content Square to analyse site activity (trade and assets) and make recommendations to improve performance.
  • On site price updates – automatic and manual (for bundles, configurables, etc)
  • Assisting with briefs and updating site content.
  • Assist the E Com Manager with product launches and other on site activations.
  • Setting up A/B tests and sorting rules for categories
  • Work with our third-party retailers (such as Farfetch), create product forecasts for upcoming collections, sending new product and collections, updating inventory product files
  • Monitor KPIs and web analytics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, working with the E Com Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to action these learnings.
  • Arranging shoot lists for any on site content which may be required and liaising with external photographers marketing and merchandising teams to pull stock from our concessions and boutiques.
