Your Annoushka jewellery will be delivered fully insured by our trusted trackable couriers and arrive beautifully gift wrapped, packaged in a discreet plain black box.
Track My Order
  • When delivering your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.
  • You may check the status of Your Order online at any time. If you have a registered account with Annoushka, visit My Account, sign in to your account and click on your order number.
  • Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.
COVID-19 Update—Delays and Extended Returns
  • Due to Covid-19 and the new lockdown measures across the UK, we have extended our returns policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from, we would like to offer you an exchange or a full refund. If you have purchased online between 1st November to 24th December, you have until the 31st January to return your item. If you are buying a gift and you would like to arrange an extension of the returns period, we will be very happy to help. To arrange an extension please contact customer services prior to making your purchase. Pieces must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. Please include your order number with your return. Please read below for instructions on how to return.
  • The returns department is only able to accept returns for items bought online.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on special orders or engraved pieces. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your jewellery, please get in touch with customer services.
  • Please be patient with us during this time, we are working with a reduced workforce. Deliveries and returns may be subject to delays and unfortunately this is out of our hands. Should you be concerned at the length of time your delivery or return is taking, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Customer Services
Exchanges and Returns
How to Exchange or Return your online purchase

  • To proceed with an online Exchange or Return, please click on Your Order and fill in your order number and email address. The information for your order will be listed on screen, from here please select ‘Start Returns/Exchange’ and follow the instructions on the ReBOUND portal.
  • Please fill in the Return/Exchange reason code on the delivery note found inside your package and enclose this in return alongside any other relevant information.
  • Please note it is not possible to return engraved or personalised jewellery items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Countries liable for free Returns

Annoushka offers free Global returns in partnership with ReBOUND, a leading technology platform that handles fuss free returns from start to finish.

Free returns are available for the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, HK, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, USA, and the UK.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns from countries that are not listed above. If you’re returning from outside of these locations, a cost will be applied at your local rate and you will be solely responsible for the insurance and return postage of your return to us. We advise that you use a trackable service and provide Customer Services with your return and tracking details.

  • Annoushka cannot be held responsible for return insurance on designs over £10k and does not accept responsibility for pieces lost in transit.

Receiving a Refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
  • On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
  • Please retain your delivery note until you have received your refund.

Return a piece bought in one of our boutiques

Individual stores operate their own Terms and Conditions; as a result, if you bought your item in one of our concessions or boutiques, please contact the store directly, where the manager will be very happy to help. Please view our boutiques page for contact details.
Delivery Destinations, Costs and Delivery Times
  • All delivery times stated are working days—working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within the UK and your chosen shipping destination.
  • Orders are estimated to arrive between 7:00 and 21:00 local time.
  • Orders are shipped from the UK.
  • Please allow additional time for personalised items. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout.


London Free Same Day Delivery
  • Free London* same day delivery service is available for orders over £1000.
  • Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday for same day delivery.
  • Any eligible order placed after 2pm will arrive the next working day. If you have any queries, please contact Customer Services who will be delighted to help.

UK Free Next Day Delivery

  • UK orders are dispatched for next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) as selected at checkout. Any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are guaranteed to arrive the next day. Any placed between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday will arrive on Tuesday.
  • To request Special Delivery before 9am (UK only) please contact Customer Services with your order number.


  • All international orders are fully insured and are sent via a secure tracked service through FedEx. For delivery outside the EU, US, Canada, Hong Kong and Australia, please checkout using our global site


  • FedEx Priority: 24-48 hour service
  • For FedEx International Priority on orders under €500, a shipping charge of €30 will be applied. Free delivery with orders over €500.

Collect in Store

In line with government regulations, our UK boutique are now temporarily closed to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

Our Hong Kong boutiques: Mandarin Oriental and IFC Mall continue to offer collect-in-store.

You can now shop online at and collect your order in selected stores as early as the following day. Designed around your lifestyle, the complimentary delivery option also gives you the opportunity to experience our personal in-store customer service. Items can be collected or returned at your convenience. To find a store offering this service, select a location below. Please note, Collect-in-Store is only available in selected stores. To use this service, select the Collect-in-Store option at checkout and choose a store from the menu.

Once your order has arrived in store you will receive a notification email inviting you to come in store to collect your purchase. We will keep your order in store for 10 days before it is returned and a full refund issued to you, unless your order includes pierced jewellery or a personalised item(s) that cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When collecting your items, please ensure that you bring a copy of your order confirmation email, a state or government-issued photographic identification such as a driver’s licence or passport, and if you have used a card, the card used to make the purchase. If you would like someone to collect the order on your behalf, please also provide your signed written permission in addition to the above.
Taxes and Duties
  • UK orders are inclusive of VAT.
  • USA, EU and ROW, orders are exclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). Import Duties are applied at checkout such that orders will be shipped duty paid.
  • Please note that Annoushka Jewellery cannot be liable for any additional local sales taxes imposed.
