Annoushka is exciting luxury Jewellery business created and directed by Annoushka Ducas MBE. We have an international customer base and a celebrity following, and we count the Duchess of Cambridge as a fan of our pieces. With a modern, irreverent approach to design, Annoushka aims to bring a strong female voice to the traditional world of fine jewellery, and to create pieces that elegantly adapt to the lives of the increasing number of women buying jewellery for themselves.

We have a great web presence and ship globally from our recently launched SalesForce site, but we need some help bringing the site to life beyond the basics.

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, this newly created permanent position will be the missing piece of the puzzle to our growing Ecommerce team.

Working alongside our designer and our backend development Agency, this role will be responsible for BAU development such as:

  • Homepage updates
  • Creative and Trade focused landing page creation
  • Product launch experiences
  • Brand style guide updates
  • Data capture initiatives
  • AB testing initiatives
  • Supporting on website road map delivery

  • Plus leading ongoing optimisations on checkout, PDP, search and navigation and our feeds.

    The right candidate will have experience of HTML, CSS, Javascript, plus a working knowledge of PHP and MySQ. They will also need a keen eye for testing across devices and browsers.

    It’s important to note that we also have some 3rd party applications such as Ometria for our CRM and data management, and Zmags for some creative content opportunities.

    We are looking for candidates with experience of SalesForce who also know how to create strong, creative retail experience.

    You'll be based at our head office in the beautiful Sloane Square with the opportunity for some flexible working. We are a small team and we really celebrate our achievements, so we’re looking for someone reliable who wants to help this growing department get ahead.


    We think this role would suit someone with a minimum 2 years experience in retail FE Dev and ideally someone who understands the process of working with an agency for BE work (delivering in Sprints etc).

    We need you to be passionate about development as you’ll be championing change and educating the team at the same time.

    • Experience working with SaleForce ideally
    • Expert in HTML5, CSS
    • Experience working with version control systems including GIT
    • Experience with React.js and/or Node.js
    • Ability to write /implement JavaScript.
    • A solid understanding of responsive design techniques and working with mobile / legacy browsers.
    • Happy to work on multiple projects at the same time.
    • Methodical and systematic coding - tracking and fixing bugs before they get a chance to annoy one of our customers.
    • Really proactive person who understands retail ecommerce and can rely feedback in a non-techie way.
    • Knowledge of project management tools, front-end methodologies and version control systems.
    • Sense of fun.
