The Opportunity

Annoushka is looking to recruit a passionate Sales Consultant to lead the way in sales, developing client relationships, and provide outstanding customer service. The focus of this role is on sales.


What You Will Do

• Provide excellent levels of customer care, surpassing expectations at every opportunity.

• Lead in sales performance, exceeding sales and KPI targets, using EMBRACE to deliver the highest brand standards.

• Educate clients on proper jewellery care, so the treasure can be enjoyed for generations to come.

• Identify customer needs, pre-empting and answering all related queries.

• Liaise with customers to keep them fully informed.

• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.

• Investigate problems, develop and propose appropriate solutions.

• Provide feedback to the merchandising, design, and marketing teams.

• Provide enhanced till accountability.

• Follow Company procedures and processes to maintain security.

• Adhere to the brand standards in relation to visual merchandising.

• Encourage client loyalty through data capture and excellent service.

• Act as keyholder.

• Support the store’s Leadership team in the running and growth of the store.

• Act as a sales coach, and a buddy to new starters.

Position - Content Creator and Social Media Executive (Full-Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, dynamic & energetic Content Creator and Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across our social media channels, ensuring that our brand message is consistently conveyed. You will play a crucial role in coordinating product launches, writing compelling copy, scheduling posts, and analysing the performance of our social media initiatives.


What you will do:


Content Creation

• Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

• Create and develop high quality content, helping to communicate compelling stories for key brand moments. This involves shooting the jewellery, brand and client events, as well as BTS content at shoots.

• Collaborate with the design and photography teams to produce imagery and videos that align with our brand aesthetics.

• Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into content strategies.


Content Scheduling

• Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure a consistent posting calendar.

• Monitor social media timelines and ensure timely posting of content.


Product Co-ordination

• Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to coordinate the launch of new products on social media.

• Ensure all product-related content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.


Copywriting

•Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, advertisements, and promotions.

• Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions that drive engagement and conversions.


Reporting and Analysis

• Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future content and strategies.

• Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep our social media presence competitive and innovative.


Qualifications & Skills

• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Preferably previous experience within the luxury sector.

• A Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content and successful social media campaigns.

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

Reporting to the CEO, this role is pivotal to the smooth running of Head Office and an essential support to the retail management team. You will take ownership of the administration of key HR processes as well as oversee recruitment, HR compliance, IT, and Facilities management. Additionally, you will support the success of the Retail team through open, collaborative relationships and operational support. You will provide daily administrative support to the CEO while overseeing various initiatives and projects.

Duties

1. Office and Facilities Management

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including creating documents, preparing presentation materials, conducting research, and managing meetings.

• Maintain Security access to Head Office and Strong room.

• Ensure the office is stocked with refreshments, cleaning materials, stationary and other operational supplies.

• Facilitate the management of various store development projects

• Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance and other property related issues across the company’s retail stores and concessions.


2. HR Administration and Support

HR Administration:

• Manage the administration of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

• Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as background checks and reference checks.

• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.

• Ensure reviews are conducted and objectives updated.

Employee Benefits:

• Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits enrolment, eligibility, and coverage.

HR Compliance and Policy Implementation:

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.

Employee Relations and Support:

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.

Reporting and Data Management:

• Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends.

• Maintain accurate HR data and generate ad-hoc reports as requested.

• Assist in the preparation of HR metrics and dashboards for management review.


3. IT Liason

• Be the principal contact for our outsourced IT company.

• Working within company guidelines, organise IT equipment procurement, retirement, and maintenance. This includes mobile devices.


4. Retail Operations

Retail Operations Oversight:

• Act as conduit for key messages and communications from HO to retail managers.

• Identify opportunities for driving efficiency and process improvements.

• Provide ad-hoc operational support to the Retail managers as required.

• Implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency across all retail locations.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, including health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with store managers to address operational challenges and implement solutions effectively

Staff Training and Development:

• Organise training for retail staff with the aim of increasing product knowledge, upholding brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Develop training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures.

• Provide insights to the CEO on staff performance to facilitate a drive from the CEO for continuous improvement.
